Each workshop will go into the characteristics of each energy center, how the govern different aspects of your life and how to heal and align each one. At the end of each workshop there will be a guided meditation sound healing to help you to focus and connect with the chakra. Each course comes with crystals and worksheets. You do not need to take all 8 workshops.
